257~Green Smoothie

-4 cups chopped kale; 1  1/2 cup chopped green chard; 1 cup chopped carrot; 3 banana peeled; 2 heaping tbsp goji berries; 2 heaping tbsp cashew pieces; 1 heaping tbsp hemp seeds; 2 heaping tbsp pumpkin seeds; 3 level tsp spirulina; 3 level tbsp protein supplement (raw vegan); 1  1/2 heaping tsp coconut butter; 3 ice cubes; 1  1/2 cup cold and filtered water

Made 1 L/4.5 cups

Colour is green

Moderately thick and creamy. A bit fibrous. Not warm or cold. A subtle coconut and nut taste.

Whisked the spirulina and protein powder in to the water. Placed in to the container with the seeds, berries, and nuts. Then the carrot, the chard, the ice, and then the kale. Blended gradually from low 1-10 for about 10 seconds, then on high for about 30 seconds.
Put in the coconut butter, then banana and blended gradually from low 1-10 for about 10 seconds, then on high for about 20 seconds.
Pumped the speed from low 1-3 several times to get the air bubbles out.
