Note 97 (36 month health review)

Moist spring weather bring fewer bleeding noses, however for some reason I get two cold sores forming normally. Heartburn becomes more common, then dissipates at the end of the month.

Note 95 (35 month health review)

This month i’ve got in to the habit of not writing every day. Probably due to the month being busier than usual for me, however my health this month was also very similar from day to day.

This month is a lot like the last month.

Note 88 (32 month health review)

A week in to December my body returns to normal again. I’m left thinking that maybe this was not viral gastroenteritis, but a second detox experience.

Note 86 (31 month health review)

Another month of being slowed down by whatever is ailing me. The end of this month coincides with this issue finally going away, but not gone. It’s really taken over my month as it has forced me to totally change how and what i eat. I still maintain a raw food diet, just that i eat a lot more dry foods, and eat in smaller portions during the day.

Note 82 (30 month health review)

The flu-like symptoms i noticed beginning around September 25th carry on throughout the month of October. Others around me also talk about having something like a stomach flu. This is the first time i’ve experienced regular and obvious symptoms of a cold or flu since i began my diet in May of 2010. It’s the first time in my life i recall having anything go on for so long.

September is always a busy stressful month, but from a health perspective it has been easier than most.

Note 78 (28 month health review)

Muscle stress goes and feeling more as i usually do. Slight sensation of a cold, but it was well suppressed by my immune system. Odd spasms. Constipation slowly going away.

Note 76 (27 month health review)

A typical irony, that my vacation time ends up being a time of great stress which manifests as muscle pain. The art of relaxation escapes me. lol

More caffeine analysis…less constipation.
