Dark green colour
Very thick. Not a great taste. Added much more celery than initially and it helped. What really helped was the spicy taste. Perhaps using green leafy vegetables for this is not such a good idea. But not sure where the bad taste was coming from. Just less of it would be sensible perhaps.
