19~Fruit smoothie (almond milk)

-4 strawberries with tops; 2 banana; 1 mango; 1 pear; 2 small peaches; 1 cup almond milk; 10 level teaspoons of coconut milk/paste; 2 heaping tablespoons hemp seed; 8 ice cubes

Made about 1 L/4 cups (3 meals)

Colour was light pink

Very creamy. Thick and sweet. Delicious. Counted out the usual 30 seconds and it is as typical…99% liquid. Can taste a couple of strawberry seeds but that is a pleasant experience. My daughter really loves this one. We both find it hard to stop chugging. So many of these go down so quickly and feel so filling.
