-4 leaves kale; 1 medium-sized carrot with tops; 1 medium-sized piece broccoli; 4 bananas (2 med, 2 lg); 1 apple; 1 heaping tablespoon hemp seeds; 1 heaping tablespoon sesame seeds; 1 heaping teaspoon hemp protein powder; 1 heaping teaspoon cacao nibs; 1 heaping teaspoon goji berries; 4 ice cubes; 1 cup of water

The apple was an afterthought. I tasted it and felt it needed a bit more sweet. The apple did the trick. All those bananas made it creamy. But it was warm. So through in 4 ice cubes with the banana. Wasn’t enough ice to cool it down but left it as-is. Didn’t want to make it watery. This is to be my dinner at work…and more left over for tomorrow so it’ll be cool in the fridge.
