-2 gigantic leaves rainbow chard; 1 small carrot; 2 cups unchopped parsley; 3 banana; 2 apple (red delicious); 1 heaping tbsp goji berries; 1 cup water

Colour is dark green
This has a green taste to it…but unlike most previous occasions, I decided to be practical with my fruit and not stick any more in. It tastes delicious. Thick. Put some in a glass and left it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Not quite cold enough…but good enough. Gotta eat!

Had to eat this with a spoon the next morning. Still not as sweet as a fruit smoothie…but good. Hopefully i’ll get used to the greener taste so I can eat more of a balance of veg and fruit. Although…there’s always salad.
