-10 small tomato quartered (8 cups); 1/2 cup chopped onion; 2 cups chopped lacinato kale; 1 avocado peeled and pitted; 2 level tsp sea salt; 2 level tsp fresh ground black pepper

Having trouble using up some of my kale so thought i’d try it in the soup. Tastes okay, but the tomato taste is gone. It is moderately thick, spicy, and only a hint of a “green” taste. Not bad, but next time i’d put in just one cup of kale.
Same preparation method as previous cream tomato soups except I put the kale in with the avocado at the end.
