Bought spirulina in capsules by mistake. Usually get the powder. Just opening the capsules and taking out the powder…throwing the capsules away. Oddly, the container says 5 capsules a day…and the usual 3 level teaspoons i’ve been taking are more than this by one level teaspoon. I don’t think what I was doing was unhealthy, but i’ll start using 6 capsules for now. That should equal about 2 level teaspoons.
