-4 cups strawberries w/tops (454 g); 1/2 cup raisins; 2 heaping tbsp goji berries; 2 heaping tbsp hemp seeds; 1 heaping tsp coconut butter; 3 ice cubes; 1 cup cold and filtered water

Moderately thick. A bit watery. Came out a bit warm so popped it in to the freezer for 5 minutes. Very strawberry taste. However my daughters first comment was “ahhh…it has that hemp taste”. She then drank it down in record time. I did plan on putting only 2 cups of strawberries in, then dropped in the rest to improve the taste. If I was making it just for myself I probably would have put a banana in.
Same procedure as previous smoothies, except I blended the water and hemp seeds first to make a hemp milk. (about 30 seconds on high) Added things like raisins as an afterthought to sweeten it up. Added ice to cool it down.
