Probably more-so now than after it’s been in the fridge, but a lot of the ingredients are “hints” of the smell and flavour. I initially put in just one teaspoon of pepper and no salt. It needed the salt. But not the pepper. I can smell a bit of the onion and garlic.
I put in the pepper, garlic, onion, water and tomatoes. Blended until liquified and uniform in texture. Then I put in the avocado and blended until thoroughly mixed. Then added the last bit of pepper and salt.
