A daily list of what I ate for the month of December.

One “glass” equals 350 ml.
One “thermos” of smoothie equals 1 L.
One “bowl” equals 350 ml.
One “bowl of apple cinnamon butter” is 1 apple, 6 level tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup raisins.

One salad is typically: 4 cups romaine, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup red pepper, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup hemp seed, 3/4 cup kidney beans, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup store bought dressing, fresh ground black pepper or cayenne pepper

B = breakfast, L = lunch, D = dinner, S = snack

NOTES:
Dec 9 – I try going a day without a probiotic, hasn’t been any lacinato kale for 2 weeks, no broccoli the last few days
Dec 13 – lacinato back the past few days, broccoli not. Taking probiotics every two days now
Dec 23-26 – in  Ottawa and eat no smoothies, eat some vegan, non-organic, and vegetarian food. Drink a small amount of alcohol.
Dec 27 – first probiotic since the 22nd
Dec 28 – broccoli back in my smoothies again, first smoothie since the 23rd

Tuesday December 1

L – 1 thermos green smoothie
D – 1 salad (4 Calcium capsules; 1 Probiotic capsule)
