Note 176 (dec/2015 health review)

Notes on my health for the month of December.

Dec 1 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. No diarrhea today. First normal stools since it began.
Dec 3 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. Stools are almost normal. Obviously…the diarrhea is slowly going away as it has in the past.
Dec 4 – my lower back muscles are sore, but it is because i’ve been pushing harder with “The Triangle” pose.
Dec  6 РI did the basic one hour yoga session this morning.
Dec 8 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. My skin has not been very itchy for quite awhile, probably because outdoor temperatures have been higher than usual. Diarrhea is definitely going away, but stools are not totally back to normal yet.
Dec 9 – some cramping and a very small amount of diarrhea with normal stools
Dec 10 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning.
Dec 12 – no diarrhea the past two days. Twice yesterday my nose dripped a tiny bit of mucous without me knowing it. The first time I recall that ever happening. I guess the nerve-endings inside my nose have deteriorated so much I can no longer feel it.
Dec 13 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. The one hour session is actually an hour and twenty minutes now. A bit of sore joints today.
Dec 15 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning.
Dec 17 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning.
Dec 18 – first headache in a long time…lasted for several hours and was mild
Dec 20 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. Another headache last night…worse than the one before. Diarrhea appears to be all gone, although there has been two brief moments in the past week where I felt some extremely minor cramps in my lower abdomen.
Dec 22 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. I got a bleeding nose while doing Anuloma Viloma.
Dec 27 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. Constipation due to stress from the 22nd onward. Gone now. In Ottawa for a few days and weighed myself at 152-156 lbs.
Dec 29 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. A bit of diarrhea/loose stools. I’m eating a lot of different types of foods I normally avoid, so it may be related to that. This is the second December holiday where I make an exception to my diet and eat various vegan foods, some non-organic, and some alcohol.
Dec 30 – a little bit of diarrhea again this morning, and a neckache that lasts for the entire day.
Dec 31 – I did the basic on hour yoga session this morning. No diarrhea or loose stools.
