A daily list of what I ate for the month of October.

One “glass” equals 350 ml.
One “thermos” of smoothie equals 1 L.
One “bowl” equals 350 ml.
One salad is typically: 4 cups romaine, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup red pepper, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup hemp seed, 3/4 cup kidney beans, 1/2 cup store bought dressing, cayenne pepper (some times I use black beans or cannellini beans; infrequently I use kalamata olives)
B = breakfast, L = lunch, D = dinner, S = snack

NOTES:

Oct 16 – I don’t typically note that I use different types of beans, and i’ve become lazy in entering olives when I occasionally use them. So i’ve added this information to the salad description at the top of this post.
Oct 17 – Baldwin Naturals stops distributing fresh produce. After 6 years of doing over 90% of my shopping there, I will now shop at The Big  Carrot. Baldwin has a few things like the Stevia I want…so I will go there a bit.
Oct 21 – I start using the Raw calcium supplement again, as well as the Vitamin D supplement.
Oct 29 – stop using maca
