Notes on my health for the month of October.
Oct 2 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning.
Oct 4 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning.
Oct 6 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. My body was a lot more flexible than usual this morning. My wrist still feels a bit weak…but almost unnoticeable compared to last month. Constipation comes and goes. The usual breathing issues through my left nostril. No signs of allergies or a Cold. Not noticing much agitation.
Oct 7 – lots of sneezing today and a bit of runny nose that must be from allergies.
Oct 9 – I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. Wrist still a bit sore. I no longer notice any problem with the right side of my neck when I do head rolls or other postures. Agitation increasing the past few days.
Oct 11 – [5 hours sleep] I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning.
Oct 12 – [4 hours sleep] second night in a row where I have trouble sleeping and get only 4-5 hours each night.
Oct 13 – [7 hours sleep] postpone yoga for tomorrow so that I can get another hour of sleep this morning. Finally get 7 hours of sleep.
Oct 14 – [6 hours sleep] postpone yoga again so I can get 7 instead of 6 hours of sleep. Last night and this morning I felt a tightness in my lower-left abdomen. It felt muscular, and like something i’ve probably felt before in previous years. I assume some body tension is looking for a place to grab on to. Although my stomach muscles felt like they were relaxing several times yesterday. (usually when i’m walking) So maybe some body tension is in the process of “going” instead of coming. Two instances of my right wrist hurting a bit again. Only 6 hours of sleep tonight. Trouble getting to sleep and had to get up early on the weekend.
Oct 15 – [7 hours sleep] neckache from evening through to the next morning.
Oct 16 – [6 hours sleep] I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. Once again there’s a long gap inbetween sessions and again I notice i’m more flexible. It’s odd…I would think more frequent yoga sessions would make me more flexible, but it’s the opposite. In relation to the tension I noticed in my lower-left abdomen on the 14th, today while doing the headstand…I could feel a bit of tension there. Not much. But it was more noticeable as I let go of my abdominal muscles. I focus a lot on letting go of my abdominal muscles while in the headstand for quite a few months now. It surprises me how difficult it is, and how much there is. I really have to focus in order to do it. But with all the anxiety i’ve had throughout my life it is not surprising that there would be a lot of tension there.
Oct 17 – [6 hours sleep]
Oct 18 – [6 hours sleep] I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. Right wrist was a bit sore again during yoga.
Oct 19 – [6.5 hours sleep]
Oct 20 – [8 hours sleep] I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning.
Oct 21 – [7.5 hours sleep] I was a lot more forgetful this week than I normally would be. Right wrist has been a bit sore the past day or so again. I’m worried it is because of the different calcium supplement so i’ve bought the raw supplement and started using it tonight.
Oct 22 – [9 hours sleep] Woke up with a minor headache. It slowly dissipated and was gone by late afternoon.
Oct 23 – [8.5 hours sleep] I did the basic one hour yoga session this morning. I’m not noticing my right wrist getting any little spikes of pain, but I was still cautious while doing yoga. It still felt like it was there a bit.

Oct 25 – [6.5 hours sleep] Constipated all day and yesterday.
