A daily list of what I ate for the month of March.

One “glass” equals 350 ml.
One “thermos” of smoothie equals 1 L.
One “bowl” equals 350 ml.
One salad is typically: 4 cups romaine, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup red pepper, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup hemp seed, 3/4 cup kidney beans, 1/2 cup store bought dressing, cayenne pepper (some times I use black beans or cannellini beans; infrequently I use kalamata olives)
B = breakfast, L = lunch, D = dinner, S = snack

NOTES:

Mar ? – decided to use up my other bottle of calcium supplements that didn’t work so well before…using more of them, more often throughout the day
Mar 24 – I finish the package of cacao powder so no more daily use in my smoothies.
Mar 30 – start to use the raw calcium supplement again
