A daily list of what I ate for the month of April.

One “glass” equals 350 ml.
One “thermos” of smoothie equals 1 L.
One “bowl” equals 350 ml.
One salad is typically: 4 cups romaine, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup red pepper, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup hemp seed, 3/4 cup kidney beans, 1/2 cup store bought dressing, cayenne pepper (some times I use black beans or cannellini beans; infrequently I use kalamata olives)
One pizza is typically: double pineapple, double green olives, garlic, chili peppers

B = breakfast, L = lunch, D = dinner, S = snack

NOTES:

Apr – the tomatoes have been large this month so half goes in my salad and the other half are sliced with a bit of pink sea salt on them
Apr 15 – when I order a vegan pizza the ingredients are always the same (double pineapple, double green olives, garlic, chili peppers). I’ve now entered in the initial text of each of these posts a “standard” for “One pizza…”.
