For the past five years I have been making a post each day about what I put in my smoothies. The small changes to them from day-to-day are still significant to me, but now I will only make a post for them if the change is more significant.
Instead I will be making a daily food diary every month. This will show everything I eat, including supplements and water.
It will be one post, but I will make daily entries similar to what I do now with my health and cost posts.
I’m hoping this will be easier for me as well, but I also think the information will be more relevant.
